Question by Hand puppet pet: If a world breaking news event happens on the eve of inauguration day, will they postpone and delay the event?
or would they go forth and try to cover as best they can? When this is the media’s choice would the Dem’s express unforgivable anger? directed at whom? the public or the media? both? My guess is they would blame Bush as always!

I think it depends on the news breaking event and how tragic or dramatic it was. Otherwise, bring on the inauguration please!

No, the “world” for Americans is all about United States. So, a world breaking news is only something that happens in America. Everything else is regional news.
No, I am not joking…..we call it “world series”, you know what I mean. Bush once said in a speech – “it is a global problem all across america”
    Sorry for being sarcastic.

Depends, an earth quake with the loss of lives would halt it out of respect. Something like Madona caught drunk driving would not stop the precession.
